Juridisch Adviesbureau Commandeur is al ruim 20 jaar gespecialiseerd in huurrecht.

Het Adviesbureau is een eenmansbedrijf van ondergetekende, Peter Commandeur. Omdat huurders in de overspannen woningmarkt van Amsterdam, waar ik werkzaam ben, nogal benadeeld kunnen worden, treed ik vooral op namens huurders. Het gaat dan bijvoorbeeld om huuropzeggingen, servicekosten, achterstallig onderhoud, huurverlaging bij achterstallig onderhoud, medehuur, tijdelijke huurcontracten en waarborgsommen.

Ik vertegenwoordig huurders in procedures bij kantonrechter en huurcommissie.

Soms komen bestuursrechtelijke kwesties aan de orde, zoals huurtoeslag, adresbeschikkingen, vergunningen, handhaving en belastingen van gemeente en Waternet.

Working in Amsterdam, where the housing market for tenants is extremely difficult, I normally represent tenants. The subjects I deal with are e.g. notices to end the lease, service costs, defects in the apartment and lowerings of the rent because of these, cotenants, temporary contracts and deposits. I represent tenants in procedures at court and at the huurcommissie.

Sometimes administrative law is at stake, like in problems about “huurtoeslag”, permits and offences against them, and taxes from the city and Waternet.
